By submitting your content (music, images, videos, etc.) to 7ven Star, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and promote your content across our platform, social media, and promotional materials.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to the content you submit. You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental consent if under 18.

3. Content Use & Editing

7ven Star reserves the right to modify or remove any submitted content for reasons such as maintaining platform standards or addressing copyright concerns.

4. No Guarantees

Submitting your content does not guarantee a feature, promotion, or collaboration. Decisions are made by the 7ven Star team based on alignment with our brand and standards.

5. Copyright & Ownership

Artists retain ownership of their original content, but 7ven Star retains the right to use, edit, and promote it as outlined. All content created by 7ven Star (e.g., promotional materials) remains our intellectual property.

6. Artist Liability

Artists are fully responsible for the content they submit, including any legal issues, claims, or disputes that arise from its use.

7. Payments & Services

Any paid services provided by 7ven Star, such as promotions or studio use, will be communicated upfront. No refunds will be provided once work begins.

8. Confidentiality

7ven Star will not share any private information without permission. However, submitted content may be used publicly for promotion.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes between you and 7ven Star will first be attempted to resolve through good faith negotiation, and if necessary, handled via arbitration in the UK.

10. Updates to Terms

7ven Star reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Continued use of our platform after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
